We offer a 7-day return or refund period from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or exchange if:

You are not satisfied with the fragrance, packaging, or overall experience.
The product is used, but in its original bottle and packaging.
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Your order was incomplete or missing an item.
We want you to shop with confidence — even if you have tried the perfume, we will still accept your return or arrange a replacement under our customer satisfaction policy.

2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or refund:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product bottle must be mostly full and undamaged (not broken or empty).
You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
The item must be returned with its original packaging and label.
3. Return Process

Provide your order details and photos or videos of the item.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm your refund status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchanges
We will happily exchange your product if you received:

The wrong perfume
A defective or damaged bottle
Or if you simply want to try another fragrance within 7 days of receiving your order
6. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:

Perfume bottles that are completely used or empty

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Items purchased under special sales, promotions, or bundle offers
