Deliveries are available in all major cities, as well as most towns and rural areas, through our trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Karachi: 4–5 business days
Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 5–7 business days
Other Areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A flat rate will be charged at checkout (based on your courier partner setup).
Free Shipping Offers: Occasionally available during promotions — these will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
After dispatch, we will share your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status directly with the courier.
6. Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate when placing the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 03325826260.
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as per our return policy.
